Many of these projects are located in degradation areas, far from large commercial and tourist areas or from more highly valued regions, but which still have high potential for development. The revitalization of a hotel can be the starting point for the revitalization of an entire region, benefiting the entire population that lives in these areas.

The analysis of venture must be very broad, overcoming traditional concepts, including the analysis of the possibility of transforming a traditional hotel, with numerous added services or a non-commercial property into a low-cost hotel operation “hotel development”, operating into an Airbnb business model, transforming a financially unviable company into a highly profitable business.
