Our mission
Our mission is to bring knowledge of hotel development in Brazil to the United States, partnering with local companies to build new hotels with resources from international investors, acquire and modernize old hotels located in regions that need revitalization and provide consulting services to small independent hotel owners. The small independent hotels are having difficulties to continue their operations due the advent of new competitors such as Airbnb, the pressure of large hotel chains and technological innovations and more recently, the unprecedented crisis caused by the pandemic that is reinventing the hospitality and tourism industry.
